The Imagination Workshop
It was a blast of fresh air when One O'Clock Gun asked me to write the website for The Imagination Workshop and, following this, a brochure targeting corporate events managers.
The designers had already established a funky brand personality that perfectly communicated the nature of the client's business, which encourages everyone to be more creative.
The website has a dual focus on consumers and the corporate market, whereas the brochure simply targets the latter. Here, you can see and read extracts from this.

As one guru said to another... there's nothing like lateral thinking for solving business problems
Just because something is enjoyable doesn't mean it can't meet serious objectives. On the contrary. It's because our activities are fun and engaging that they can build relationships, develop collaborative behaviour, enhance team dynamics, reveal new strengths, unlock business problems, generate ideas, release innovation, create new business strategies... we could go on and on but we won't.
Or you can run an event - shock horror - just for fun.
So why are the activities so effective? In a completely non-threatening atmosphere, it's easier for people to try something new and participate in the creative process - often with surprising results. Sometimes people unlock this aspect of their personality for the first time.
